If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a return or refund within this period, please contact us at support@ravonair.com, and our support team will guide you through the process.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, orders typically enter processing and we may no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products and encourage customers to give them a fair trial of at least 14 days. If, after this period, you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase.

Damaged Items

We take care to package our products securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is intact and functional.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@ravonair.com and including clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ravonair cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Ravonair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
